As a deputy Weber County Attorney, and the legal counsel for the Weber County Sheriff’s office, I have had the privilege of working with Aaron Perry for a number of years. Chief Perry managed the Law Enforcement Division of the Sheriff’s office for several years, and also served as Jail Commander for several years. His vast law enforcement experience provided him an excellent background to serve as an administrator. His calm disposition, and clear thinking resolved many problems before they became serious. Chief Perry’s experience overseeing the jail operations, as well as his law enforcement experience as an officer and as an administrator make him uniquely qualified to serve as the Sheriff in Davis County. He has a great feel for law enforcement in northern Utah and is very responsive to the feelings and concerns of our citizens.
