As the former Chief of Police for Farmington City, and having spent significant time working the streets as a patrol officer alongside Aaron Perry—including serving together on the South Davis Metro SWAT team—I am proud to offer my full endorsement of his

campaign for Davis County Sheriff.

Aaron and I shared the front lines in some of the most demanding and high-stakes situations law enforcement faces. I saw firsthand his professionalism, calm under pressure, tactical skill, and unwavering commitment to public safety and his fellow officers.

He consistently demonstrated integrity, strong leadership, and a deep respect for the communities we served in Davis County.

Aaron's extensive career speaks for itself: starting in the Davis County Sheriff’s Office, advancing through roles like Deputy Chief of the Roy City Police Department, and culminating as Chief Deputy of the Weber County Sheriff’s Office, where he oversaw

critical operations. This breadth of experience—from patrol and SWAT to senior executive leadership—makes him exceptionally prepared to lead the Davis County Sheriff’s Office effectively from day one.

Davis County deserves a Sheriff who understands our local needs, has proven he can build strong teams, prioritize officer safety and community trust, and handle the complexities of modern policing. Aaron Perry is that leader. He is ready, experienced, and

genuinely dedicated to keeping our families safe.

I wholeheartedly endorse Aaron Perry for Davis County Sheriff and encourage voters to support his campaign. He has my complete confidence and respect.
